Audited Supplier Spring energized seals are designed to handle a wide range of applications where traditional elastomers fail. It excels in applications with high-speeds, wide temperature ranges and those with corrosive media. The Spring energized seal is a sealing device consisting of a PTFE or other polymer, energized by a corrosion resistant metal spring. When the seal is seated in the gland, the spring is under compression applying force on the gland sealing surfaces thereby creating a tight barrier to prevent gas or fluids from leaking. The spring also provides resiliency to compensate for seal wear, gland misalignment or eccentricity. While spring force provides adequate force for sealing at low pressure, at high pressure the system pressure augments the spring force to provide an even tighter seal.

1.V-spring seals are designed for used in high or low presseure dynamic reciprocationg or rotary applications.
2.Slanted Coil Spring Seals are for low friction, dynamic reciprocating and rotary applications. The seal produces a near flat load curve when compressed ( installed ). They provide constant predictable loads through their very wide deflection range.
3.Helical Spring seals are designed for used in static or slow, infrequent dynamic sealing application due to high compression load over a small deflection range, which make these seals suitable when low pressure or vacuum and very low temperature ( cryogenic ) are present.

We have factory in Xingtai and office in Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province with export license. Convenient Transportation. It's not far from the Zhengding international airport. We warmly welcome clients from all over the world to come to our factory for visit and cooperation.
Q2. What's your sample policy ?
We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
Q3. If I don't like the style of yours, can you do something else?
We can open the mould for you first according to your samples or technical drawings. Mould costs are charged if you need the customized products.
Q4.What's your packing & payment terms?
1). Generally, plastic bag inside and carton box outside or according to the customer's requirements. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
2). For sample and small order, 100% Paypal. Western Union, T/T.
For bulk order, T/T 50% deposit and the balance should be finished before delivery from our factory
Q5. What's your Mode of Transportation & Delivery time ?
1). Small package will shipping by express such as DHL, TNT, UPS, FEDX and so on, Customer should undertake the shipping cost.
Big Volume products often shipping by air/sea, EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR is depend by customers.
2). Delivery time: Generally it is 5-7 working days if the good are in stock, or 10-21 working days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and quantity of your order.

OD&ID Face Seal are 100% compatible with Cameron Type FLS and FLS-R Gate Valves. It consists of PEEK jacket with corrosion-resistant metal spring energizer. It is spring-loaded and pressure-energized to improve gate and seat service life. Compared with PTFE seals, it has higher strength and can handle higher temperature.

Wireline seals generally have two or more components which work together in tandem to give an effective sealing functionality. Wireline seals helps in containing or controlling the high wellbore pressure that originates because of back pressure or kick.
