Fabric Reinforce NBR/FKM V-packing Rod Seal 

Multiple-lip Seals or Vee Packings that consist of a group of endless rings.  It is a combination of Base Seal, the V-Ring at the center and the Pressure ring. The V-Ring is the main seal that can retain high and low pressures while the base seal supports the center ring from getting extruded during high pressure applications. The Pressure Ring helps in retaining the Vee Packing profile and distributing pressure equally. 

The hinge-line action of Vee Packings that enables immediate reaction even to minor pressure changes is very distinctive and exclusive to a V-ring design. Each individual lip of a V-ring set reacts independently to pressure thus effecting a seal automatically. In case of multiple lip configurations, pressure is automatically distributed thus effecting a seal along the shaft. V-ring also premit automatic reaction to shocks from high pressure and overloads. 

SIPAITUO vee packing is the original automatic hydraulic and pneumatic design for sealing rods, pistons, and plungers. This hydraulic packing was subsequently expanded from its original use in steam engines to applications in the off-road equipment, power generation, and automotive industries. 

V-ring is also used in various Oilfield Downhole equipment such as various Valves etc. V-Packings are extremely suitable for usage in medium to heavy duty applications. V-ring accept low and high pressure while operating in the most extreme conditions and also if there exists any misalignment between the sealing gaps.

We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.

Q3. If I don't like the style of yours, can you do something else?
We can open the mould for you first according to your samples or technical drawings. Mould costs are charged if you need the customized products.

Q4.What's your packing & payment terms?
1). Generally, plastic bag inside and carton box outside or according to the customer's requirements. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
2). For sample and small order, 100% Paypal. Western Union, T/T.
For bulk order, T/T 50% deposit and the balance should be finished before delivery from our factory

Q5. What's your Mode of Transportation & Delivery time ? 
1). Small package will shipping by express such as DHL, TNT, UPS, FEDX and so on, Customer should undertake the shipping cost.
     Big Volume products often shipping by air/sea, EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR is depend by customers.
2). Delivery time: Generally it is 5-7 working days if the good are in stock, or 10-21 working days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and quantity of your order.
